Settlement between Bihjat Khanum, daughter of Sayyid Muhammad, and Tahmasb Khan, son of the late ‘Ali Mirza, over waiving the two hundred and seventy tumans owed by Tahmasb Khan in order to get a divorce and receive twenty tumans as the settlement fee.

Two settlements and two records of transfer of properties: 1-On March 28, 1899, Agha Baygum, the daughter of Haji Mirza ‘Ali Akbar from Khurasan and the wife of Haji Mirza Yahya (the overseer of Khafrak and Marvdasht) sells some properties, including the farm near Marvdasht, to Aqa Shaykh ‘Abd al-Nabi for one hundred and thirty tumans.
